The Cozy Cottage of Belfair is the ultimate canal getaway. Flawlessly clean, high speed internet...the perfect place to get away from it all.
Our cottage allows you to enjoy everything Belfair has to offer...Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall.

The cottage is located less than a half mile away from Belfair State Park. We utilize a no contact check in process and occasionally can accommodate our guests arriving early.
We require all guests have a signed rental contract on file, 14 days post booking.
Directions
Traveling North on HWY 16 - take WA-3 West towards Belfair. Continue another 7 miles into downtown Belfair. Turn right onto NE Clifton LN and straight onto WA-300. Just after the State Park, turn left onto Beck Rd.
Traveling South on WA-3 - continue on WA-3 West towards Belfair. Continue another 7 miles into downtown Belfair. Turn right onto NE Clifton LN and straight onto WA-300. Just after the State Park, turn left onto Beck Rd.
Check Out - 11am
All dishes must be washed upon check out.
All linens and towels must be striped and placed into the shower before checking out.
All trash is to be removed and deposited into the building dumpster.
All doors must be locked and the unit keys returned to the lock box.
No refunds given for early check outs.
House Rules
No Parties
The maximum overnight guests allowed is 4 - confirmed by a security device located at the home’s entrance. The maximum people allowed in the unit at a time is 6. Quiet hours are from 9pm –8am. Our cottage is apart of small close-knit community Please be considerate of others in the neighborhood.
Sand & Shellfish
Please do not bring sand into the home. Rinse sandy feet/shoes, wet clothing, toys, etc. before entering.
DO NOT CLEAN freshly caught shellfish in the home. Please do this outside at the provided hose area or utilize one of the many vendors who provide this service locally.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere in the cottage or on the patios. Doing so will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay and eviction from the building. An additional cleaning fee will also be billed to your method of payment. Fireworks are also prohibited.
Furniture & Electronics
Careful consideration has been given to the design of the cottage, please do not move any furniture from room to room.
Please do not unplug any devices or change any settings on TV’s or other electronics.
No Pets
Our cottage is monitored by a security device. Evidence of pets entering or staying in the home will result in a damage claim of $200 and possible eviction from the building.

Primary guest - 22 years or older - 4 guests max
Valid Photo ID on file, prior to payment
$200 refundable security deposit
Signed rental contract on file, prior to checking in
